Regular offerings include signature Garden Bags, containing 5 living lettuce heads, a 4-5 oz bag of mixed greens and a 1 oz bunch of herbs. We also offer Lettuce Only Bags, various cut and mixed greens and herbs. In addition, you can find our 2-head lettuce bags and chard at Quality Fruitland in Seekonk, MA or find us on the menus at Bayberry Beer Hall and Bayberry Garden, both in Providence, RI.

lettuce
We are currently growing 6 different varieties of lettuce: Green Butter, Little Gem, Green Sweet Crisp, Xalbadora, Nancy Butterhead, and Red Oakleaf. Our lettuces are harvested with their roots intact. These live lettuces are more fresh, crisp and nutritious, not to mention, hyper-local.
herbs
We are growing dill, basil, and a showy, tangy red-veined sorrel (great for salads).
mixed greens
We are growing mixed and leafy greens in a variety of colors, textures and flavors, including an Asian mix, a spring mix, and a baby kale mix, as well as arugula and rainbow chard. Some you may have heard of, others may be a new experience for your palette. All mixed and leafy greens are harvested freshly cut.
